Thank you for choosing Tex-Air Delivery to be your DFW agent. We appreciate the opportunity and look forward to working together. Tex-Air Delivery has always been committed to providing the highest quality customer service. We have developed a website in order that our customers can obtain updated tracking, PODS and charges. The updated information is available on the website moments after we enter the information into our computer system. We hope that you will find it to be user friendly.
We create a Tag as soon as we receive your alert either by phone, fax or email. This Tag number is also known as our confirmation number. Once the Tag is created, it is your confirmation that we have received your alert (saving phone calls to confirm). The Tag created contains your Delivery Order number (DO), House Air Way Bill (HAWB) and Master Air Way Bill (MAWB). You may find it’s useful to be able to track by any of these numbers entered. You can enter the MAWB on the Website & get details of all shipments on that MAWB.
Our website address is: www.texairdelivery.com or www.texairdelivers.com On the left hand side of any page on our website you will find a menu button titled P.O.D. Login and on the right hand side you will see our logo under P.O.D. Services. By clicking on either one you will be connected to the Login page. User ID can be your name or initials. Your Password is assigned by our office. The Password is case sensitive. Please use all CAPS on the password.
There are several ways to utilize the website but most of our customers like to use the “Specific Search Column” (top right). Enter the number you want to track under “Ref Num”. This will give you a log of reference screen that gives you access to both billing & tracking data as it is entered.
Bill number Details will show you the breakdown of the charges and pod information once bills have been rated in our system. Our goal is to have your bills rated and entered before noon the next business day following the delivery date (or quicker).
Tag number Details will show the updates made to your shipment. Our goal is to update each shipment as quickly as possible with any pertinent information. For example, update when freight is onboard, when freight is OFD (out for delivery), update with Verbal POD and with the actual POD when the documents arrive back at our office.
